HR PARTNERS CAMEROON (HPC), a company specialized in human resources management, supporting businesses and young professionals in achieving their career goals, is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for the position of KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER.
The Key account Manager will ensure the achievement of annual Modern trade objectives, collection of receivables and build strong relationships with Modern Trade clients within a regional cluster. Manage with Modern trade distributors to daily identify needs and requirements to promote the company brands while ensuring the development of sales in all Modern trade channels and by supporting the distribution in the field. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success in volume and market share growth within assigned markets.
Vos missions
ACTIVITIES :
COMMERCIAL AND MARKETING
- Recruit, Animate and federate the efforts of Clients modern trade to achieve the objectives of his market ;
- Ensure that the commercial objectives of Modern clients markets are clearly set and monitor their achievement ;
- Daily follow and obtain sales report from his markets ;
- Supervise The activity of its commercial (SBA) resources ;
- Implement and monitor marketing activities (BA activities) ;
- Make continuous analyzes of its territory and propose actions to improve the situation of the brands and products of the company ;
- Update the various management dashboards and ensure proper reporting of all activities on time;
- Ensure daily the proper outcome of all commercial transactions in its territory;
- Produce an analysis of sales trends in order to anticipate purchase order placement from the markets;
- Compile the information from competitive intelligence and report it to the Marketing Director
- He responds to calls for tender, draws up specifications, manages the relationship between the client and the company during negotiations and after signing the contract and ensures after-sales service;
- he generally intervenes on key issues and on multi-Month business plans;
- He ensures the coordination of the internal services of the company that he needs for his contracts (logistics, accounting, marketing, etc.), controls the invoicing (legal and contractual elements) as well as the progress of the after-sales service
- implement its projects effectively;
ACCOUNTANTS Ensure the regulatory keeping of inventory management and sales documents in its clients;
CONTROLS
- Ensure compliance with procedures and protection of the heritage of the market and the Clients for which he is responsible;
- Ensures proper compliance with commercial procedures;
LOGISTICS
- Ensure the optimal use of available logistical means;
- Ensure the proper use of the logistical means made available to him;
SELL AND DEVELOP YOUR CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO
- make the company’s largest customers profitable;
- Analyze customer needs, write specifications;
- Respond to calls for tender, write commercial proposals;
- Conduct commercial negotiations and defend contractual conditions;
- Participate in defining the company’s commercial policy on behalf of the customer (development of the business plan with a long-term vision);
FOLLOW CURRENT CONTRACTS
- Ensure the deployment of solutions at customers’ premises;
- Interact with, or even manage, teams in charge of production or pre-sales internally or at the customer’s premises;
- Monitor results and establish sales objectives;
- Negotiate contract conditions during customer meetings;
- Provide technical assistance, answer customer questions and requests for change;
- Build loyalty among the company’s major and historic customers by building a relationship of trust;
MANAGE ADMINISTRATIVE
- establish daily, monthly and/or annual activity reports;
- Control invoices and all the services needed to successfully complete a sale from A to Z;
IDENTIFY NEW CUSTOMERS
- Analyze market developments in order to detect new opportunities;
- Prospect and monitor potential customers contacted;
- Study the challenges of prospects;
- Define the most effective commercial approach to take: telephone prospecting, networking at trade fairs, sending commercial documentation;
- Establish medium- or long-term sales objectives and monitor their achievement;
Profil recherché
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Academic level: BAC+5 in marketing, commerce, communication
Professional experience: 02 years of experience in a similar position
